Analyzing campaigns with the Campaign Performance Dashboard
The Campaign Performance Dashboard helps you analyze all the data from email campaigns sent with Splio.
The data used in the Campaign Performance Dashboard can come from different campaigns:
One-shot campaigns
Automatic campaigns (trigger and recurring)
The Overview tab gives you an aggregated view of the performance of all your campaigns, while the Campaign metrics tab gives you an overview of specific campaigns or group of campaigns.

Understanding the Campaign Performance Dashboard data
Indicators displayed are based on email activity (such as open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and performance (conversion rates, revenue, etc.).
Scope: all email campaigns received in our database, limited to 24 months.
Granularity: each line of the
Campaign metricsdashboard represents a design name, a campaign name and a sending date, which implies that a campaign spread over several days (for example, 3 days) is considered as a single campaign, and not as separate campaigns (for example, 3 campaigns). The sending date refers to the first day the campaign was sent within the selected period.Data update: Data is updated in real time for email performance and daily for sales allocation.

Define rules and attribution period
The rules and attribution period define the revenue KPIs that are displayed in both the Overview and Campaign metrics dashboards.
This setting attributes revenue to campaigns by two main methods:
Last email sent/opened/clicked: these rules attribute revenue to the last email sent, opened, or clicked by the customer within the attribution period.
These attribution rules are ideal if you want to have an overview of the revenue generated by multiple campaigns.
Post email sent/opened/clicked: these rules attribute revenue to ALL campaigns sent, opened, or clicked by the customer within the attribution period.
These attribution rules are used to analyze the revenue generated by each campaign.
-
By default, here are the rules set-up by universe:
If you already have sales and revenue attribution on your Campaign Dashboard, we calculate revenue 7 days last-click
If you do not have yet sales and revenue attribution on your Campaign Dashboard, we calculate the revenue 3 days by default on email receivers on Campaign statistics

Choosing the observation period and the comparison period
The period defines the time range to select the campaigns analyzed, based on the sending date. You can either set a start date and end date using the custom range.
The comparison period sets the time range for comparing the indicator with the chosen period. Here, you have two options:
the
previous periodwhich selects the same dates from the previous year.the
previous yearwhich selects the same number of days before the period start date.
