Managing Marketing Pressure enables you to find the right balance between the volume of communication, the channels and the messages sent to your customers.
👉 You can set your Marketing Pressure rules from the Settings
> Fatigue Management
menu.
You can define rules at different levels of granularity: global (weekly and daily), and per channel.
Defining global pressure rules
You define the maximum number of messages you wish to send each customer daily and weekly.
Global Marketing Pressure rules applies to all selected campaigns during each optimization.
Weekly and daily rules can be cumulated so that you can fine-tune your marketing pressure.
Defining pressure rules for each channel
In addition to global rules, you can define channel-specific rules.
These will apply to all campaigns selected during optimization and set up on the channel concerned.
Saving pressure rules
Once you've set all your rules, click on the Save Settings
button.
Each optimization will take all these rules into account and may exclude certain individuals from certain campaigns.
