Accounts

An account is needed to use Splio Mobile Wallets (Admin and API). It is created when an email address is invited to be a member of an organization for the first time, with a pending status. 

The status will be updated to active once the link received in the invitation is clicked and the activation process is completed with the password setup.

Roles

A role is a set of permissions to execute actions and services on Splio Mobile Wallets Admin and API related to a business function. An account can have one or several roles through its memberships.

Each role is associated with a single organization and can have one test user (for previews and tests). This association between a role and an organization makes the account visible in the member's list of the organization.
When you have several roles, the highest permission prevails for a specific action in a specific organization.

admin

Have all the permissions: Can view, edit and create anything, including the settings.

This role implies a more advanced knowledge of the platform and must be carefully assigned.

manager

Can view, edit, and create anything, excluding the settings. Able to invite other members and export any data.

This role allows users to handle anything in an organization, starting from the activation.

We recommend keeping the number of managers in an organization to as few as possible.

marketer

Can view anything (excluding invoices), and create and edit audiences and campaigns (updates and notifications).

This role allows users to handle the day-to-day campaigns. ​​​​​​

viewer

Can view anything, excluding personal data and invoices.

This role allows users to see most menus but without edition rights.

finance

Can only view metrics and invoices.

This role has been designed for finance teams.
