Some campaigns are particularly important: a Trade campaign with a large supplier, a large stock of a product, etc.
For these priority campaigns, you want to make sure that the best customers are selected, and not excluded due to the application of the Fatigue Management rules.
👉 To prioritize a campaign, simply click on the star icon displayed next to the campaign name when creating it. The campaign then becomes a Star Campaign.

You can always change your campaign priority later by changing the star icon:
in the editing page of your campaign,
in the campaign details window,
in the optimization window.
We recommend that you limit the use of this feature to "imperative" business needs in order to let, in most cases, the AI select the best audience based on customer appetency.
The prioritization of a campaign is necessarily done to the detriment of the other campaigns in your group. Also, we recommend that you do not put more than a few Star campaigns in each group (to be adjusted according to the total number of campaigns and the maximum pressure allowed).
