Create a form with preference center

This guide will walk you through creating and managing opt-in and opt-out forms on our marketing automation platform. You'll find detailed instructions for each step of the process.

1. Zoom in on the `Listes`

The Listes section maintains the functionality you know from Splio Edition 2025, no changes to be expected other than obviously creating all the subscription lists beforehand.

Note : Currently, the display settings (lists displayed and checked by default) are not taken into account in the form part.

2. Zoom in on Settings - when creating the form

The following explanations apply to creating both opt-in and opt-out forms.

Step 1: Setting the parameters

Mandatory fields: The user must provide the name and language of the form.
ReCaptcha: Enabled by default to secure the form. Available only for registration forms in the settings section.

Step 2: Selecting Lists

All created lists are displayed but unchecked by default.
Only the first 9 lists are displayed by default as checkboxes (3 checkboxes per row). Beyond 9 lists, a Voir plus section is displayed to expand the remaining lists that are not visible.
At least one list must be selected.

Step 3: Choosing the type of registration

Automatic registration:
- Visibility: Selected lists will not be visible in the form.
- Registration: The contact is automatically subscribed to all lists selected when creating the form.
Manual registration:
- Visibility: Selected lists will be visible in the form.
- Contact Choice: The contact will choose which lists they wish to subscribe to.

3. Zoom in on the Builder - when creating the form

Here you can create your entire form in a personalized way so that it is in line with your graphic and editorial charter.

Regarding the display of lists, two options are possible depending on the type of registration you have previously selected.

In case of automatic registration: the builder remains unchanged for automatic registration forms, no changes are expected.
If you register manually: a new section will be added, including the lists you have previously selected. However, these lists will only be visible in the preview and not in the builder.

4. Zoom in on the Confirmation Page - when creating the form

The confirmation page remains unchanged, no changes are expected.

5. Zoom in on Preview and Share - when creating the form

The selected lists are visible in the list selection section.

In an unsubscribe form, the user will see all selected lists, including those to which they are not subscribed.
