Managing Default Forms in Splio
You can now define a default form for Subscribe, Unsubscribe, and Contact Update directly in the Splio interface.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. How Default Forms Are Assigned
Unsubscribe form: automatically created and activated when the universe is set up
Subscribe and Update contact forms: the first activated form becomes the default

2. Setting a Form as Default
Go to the
...menu next to the form in the listClick
Set as default(only available for eligible, activated forms)The form will automatically be used as a fallback if the one specified in the design is disabled

3. Identifying the Default Form
In the form list, default forms are marked with a
DefaulttagOnly one form per type can be default
Default forms cannot be deactivated
