Sending a reminder on the last available rewards
Use this marketing use case to remind your loyalty members about their available rewards before they expire.
The email can display each member’s current loyalty tier and points balance, followed by a list of their valid rewards.
For each reward, you can include:
The expiration date
The reward code
The reward name
The reward description
Depending on your Loyalty program setup, members can use their reward code in store or online.
